With 2kSPS sampling, it supports 4 single-ended/2 differential inputs via a multiplexer, paired with a 1–128V/V PGA for signal conditioning. Integrated dual iDACs (50μA–1500μA) power RTDs/thermocouples, while a 0.5°C-accurate temperature sensor enables on-chip compensation. Operating on 2.3V–5.5V in a 16-TSSOP package (-40°C to +125°C), it balances low power (1.4mW) with industrial ruggedness for automotive/industrial sensor systems and battery-powered devices.
